林姝妤是新加坡交易所(SGX)國際業務部副總監,主要業務包括推動亞太區及台灣市場的業務拓展與客戶合作。她與券商、自營交易團隊及機構投資人等等密切合作,推廣 SGX 證券與衍生品領域的多元資產產品組合。她擁有金融風險管理師(FRM)認證,並畢業於南洋理工大學,主修風險管理與保險。她熟悉 Python、SQL、R 及 Excel 等工具。

在擔任現職之前,曾在 SGX 的風控與政策部門累積了五年的市場風險管理經驗。她的職責涵蓋保證金制度、流動性風險、壓力測試及違約管理——這些都是維護市場交易、清算與結算完整性的核心要素。她的跨領域專業能力,使她能夠將複雜的風險洞察轉化為可執行的策略,推動市場發展與產品創新。

在風控部門期間,姝妤參與的衍生品業務,包括與紐西蘭交易所(NZX)合作推出乳製品衍生品。她也支援航運與鐵礦石市場的風險相關發展——這兩者是 SGX 的旗艦大宗商品產品。她的貢獻涵蓋保證金制度設計、風險報告標準建立,以及與利害關係人協調違約管理與清算策略。這些努力展現了她將技術性風險概念與實際市場應用相結合的能力,強化了 SGX 清算與結算架構的穩健性。

Shu Yu is the Associate Director of International Sales at SGX Group, where she focuses on engagement efforts across ASEAN and Taiwan, working closely with brokers, proprietary trading teams, and institutional investors, etc to promote SGX’s multi-asset product suite across both Securities and Derivatives space. She holds an FRM certification and a BBA from Nanyang Technological University, specializing in Risk Management and Insurance, and is proficient in Python, SQL, R, and Excel.

Prior to her current role, she spent five years in SGX’s Risk Control & Policy team managing key aspects of market risk, including margining, liquidity risk, stress testing, and default management—core components that underpin the integrity of trading, clearing, and settlement across both Securities and Derivatives space. Her cross-functional expertise allows her to translate complex risk insights into actionable strategies, driving market development and product innovation.

Shu Yu also played a pivotal role in SGX’s commodities derivatives initiatives, including the launch of dairy derivatives in collaboration with NZX. She also supported risk-related developments across freight and iron ore markets — two of SGX’s flagship commodity offerings. Her contributions spanned the design of margining frameworks, establishment of risk reporting standards, and alignment of stakeholders on default management and liquidation strategies. These efforts demonstrated her ability to bridge technical risk concepts with practical market applications, reinforcing the robustness of SGX’s clearing and settlement infrastructure.
